Onsite support will be performed as requested or desired by customer, this will be considered within scope of contract. Any equipment or materials is considered billable.

   
  Items Covered by this support agreement:
 
  Network files server hardware service including disk drives, memory, and backup devices.
  Network operating system including the installation of all patches and updates.
  Workstation (PC) client software for communication with network file server.
  Workstation Network Interface Card (NIC), Switches, & Routers.
  Network operating system upgrades to newer versions and additional licenses.
  Printer service and consumable items (toner, fuser, etc...).
  Microsoft Exchange Server repair or any escalated Problem requiring 3rd party support.
